The successful candidate will be responsible for sales, specification, and contract management for all projects within this area.

The role will involve both business development and relationship management through the architectural, local authority, civil engineering, and specialist contractor sectors. You will promote and advise upon the company’s full range of products and services, and work with the customers in determining the best course of action.
The ideal candidate will have at least a years' selling experience, and a technical background such as architecture, planning, or civil engineering may be of benefit. It is essential that you can demonstrate effective business-winning, time management, and that you project a high-level of credibility to the markets concerned. Presentation skills in particular must be first class.
